Brent Brase is the former head men's basketball coach at Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Brent brought his team to Brazil in the summer of 2004.

"The Santos players were amazing. Just to be able to play against them was a real treat. Although we lost pretty badly it was a really good experience. We got to socialize with the team after the game and Heather found out that one of the Santos players went to school with and was best friends with her brother. It is a small world!! "
